Welcome to Qrochete. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Qrochete

Qrochete is a luxury crochet fashion brand offering ready stock, limited edition, and made-to-order/custom pieces, handcrafted with premium yarn. All content on this site — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Qrochete unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products

All pieces are handmade. As a result, slight variations in pattern, texture, color, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen display.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue designs, or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
We accept bank transfer, card payment, etc.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare or craft your order before it is shipped. This is separate from delivery/shipping time (see Section 6).

6. Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

At this time, Qrochete ships within Nigeria only. We plan to expand to worldwide shipping in the coming months — sign up to our newsletter or follow our socials for updates.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is charged at checkout based on your delivery location.
Orders above $100 (or its Naira equivalent) qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Nigeria.
Total time from order to delivery = Processing Time (Section 5) + Shipping Time (3–7 business days).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Qrochete is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at qrocheteorders@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with our courier partner.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, images, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Qrochete and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

When using our site, you agree not to:

Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qrochete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to shipping delays, natural variations in handmade items, or third-party courier issues.
